Customer Success Manager - APAC - Remote

Overview

As part of our Customer Success team, you will strategically manage a portfolio of Hawk’s APAC customers, guiding them through the entire lifecycle—from implementation to ongoing success. Your focus will be on building loyalty, finding and closing new commercial opportunities, and ensuring long-term customer retention.

• Drive customer success and minimize time-to-revenue.

• Proven track record managing accounts of $500K+ ARR.
• Strong understanding of SaaS and enterprise software.
• Exceptional communication and organizational skills.

• Proven track record managing accounts of $500K+ ARR.
• Strong understanding of SaaS, digital payments, and enterprise software.
• Ability to build lasting relationships with C-suite executives.
• Exceptional communication, presentation, and organizational skills.
• Highly proactive with a passion for forecast accuracy.
• Experience or desire to work at the start-up and scale-up stage.
