In Short

  • Manage and grow the Japanese Customer Success program.
  • Define the vision, strategy, and roadmap for customer success.
  • Hire, coach, and develop a team of Customer Success Managers.
  • Analyze customer and performance data for informed decision-making.
  • Act as an executive sponsor for high-priority customers.
  • Partner with leadership to implement successful programs.
  • Identify areas for innovation and improvement.
  • Be the voice of Japanese customers internally and externally.
  • Maintain knowledge of Inbound and HubSpot tools.

  • Bilingual in English and Japanese.
