Overview

The Key Account Manager will be responsible for developing and managing relationships with major clients in the automotive sector, focusing on fleet services.

In Short

  • Organize and develop active prospecting among targeted large accounts.
  • Build a prospecting plan and define objectives.
  • Target potential prospects and plan contacts and meetings.
  • Create prospect sheets in the CRM tool (Atomium).
  • Convert new opportunities into clients.
  • Develop client offers with financial support.
  • Promote products and services to major accounts.
  • Optimize deal profitability and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Ensure activity reporting in the CRM tool.
  • Manage client portfolios effectively.

Requirements

  • Experience as a Key Account Manager in the automotive field.
  • Sales techniques and persuasive skills.
  • Strong prospecting and negotiation abilities.
  • Knowledge of fleet financing and TCO.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Office Suite.
  • Able to reason in solutions with agility.
  • Result-oriented mindset.
