In Short

  • Care for and develop our Key Accounts in daily business.
  • Calculate offers and prepare and follow up.
  • Gather and compare raw material prices from existing and new suppliers.
  • Create customer documents, price lists, order evaluations, etc.
  • Maintain customer, article, and order data in the inventory management system (GUS).
  • Coordinate with internal departments (Purchasing, Production, Logistics).

Requirements

  • Very good German spoken and written, good English for supplier/customer contact.
  • Solid experience with inventory management systems (GUS is a great advantage).
  • Experience in the area of dietary supplements (NEMs) is a clear plus.
  • Commercial thinking, independent and structured working style.
  • Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel.
  • Friendly, reliable, and service-oriented in customer contact.
