Overview

The Automotive Operations Specialist at MSX International is responsible for the professional delivery, installation, and sustainment of services, acting as a liaison with the FCSD Zone Manager.

In Short

• Develop and maintain relationships with assigned dealers.
• Attend regional meetings and support launch planning.
• Create and work on Quick Lane Action Plans.
• Conduct Repair Order Analysis as needed.
• Develop and monitor Quarterly Marketing Plans.
• Ensure scheduling of Quick Lane Sales Events.
• Conduct on-site training for Quick Lane teams.
• Provide visit summaries to management.
• Complete administrative tasks in a timely manner.
• Manage tire sales processes at each Quick Lane.

Requirements

• Aftermarket Experience, preferably in Retail Tire Store Management.
• OEM dealer contact experience is a plus.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Internet Explorer.
• Ability to analyze dealer financials for improvement plans.
• Understanding of metrics for dealership growth and ROI.
• Ability to train on Automotive Tire Sales and service sales.
• Bachelor's Degree preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Self-starter with minimal supervision.
• Ability to influence sales personnel and technicians.
