Overview

The Automotive Operations Specialist at MSX International will be responsible for the professional delivery, installation, and sustainment of automotive service solutions, acting as the lead liaison with the FCSD Zone Manager.

In Short

  • Develop and maintain relationships with assigned automotive dealers.
  • Attend regional FCSD meetings and support planning for Quick Lane launches.
  • Create and work on Quick Lane Action Plans.
  • Conduct Repair Order Analysis as necessary.
  • Develop and monitor adherence to Quarterly Marketing Plans.
  • Ensure scheduling of Quarterly Quick Lane Sales Events.
  • Manage tire sales processes and inventory.
  • Conduct on-site training for Quick Lane teams.
  • Provide operational reviews and visit summaries.
  • Complete administrative tasks in a timely manner.

Requirements

  • Aftermarket experience, preferably in Retail Tire Store Management.
  • OEM dealer contact experience is a plus.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Internet Explorer.
  • Ability to analyze data and establish improvement action plans.
  • Experience in implementing service advisor selling systems.
  • Proficiency in training and utilizing automotive sales processes.
  • Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Excellent communication and facilitation skills.
  • Ability to influence sales personnel and technicians.
  • Self-starter with minimal supervision required.
