Overview

As a Mobile Service Solutions Specialist at MSX International, you will play a crucial role in the delivery and sustainment of the Ford/MSX International Mobile Service Program, aimed at improving dealership performance and driving sustained growth.

In Short

• Be the primary contact for Mobile Service at assigned dealers.
• Train technicians on Mobile Service vehicle features.
• Facilitate strategic planning sessions with dealers.
• Ensure timely launch of service vans.
• Conduct launch events and training for Mobile Service Technicians.
• Plan and execute onsite sustainment meetings.
• Develop action plans to exceed program goals.
• Teach program standards to dealers.
• Monitor dealership Mobile Service personnel.
• Create visit summaries and action plans.

Requirements

• High School diploma or equivalent experience.
• Willingness to travel daily for work (85% travel required).
• Ability to engage with various audiences.
• Proficiency in communication and relationship-building.
• OEM dealer contact experience is a plus.
• Experience managing assigned territories.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
• Ability to analyze data for action plans.
• Physical ability to lift and carry up to 40lbs.
