Overview

MSX International is seeking dynamic individuals to join our team as Mobile Service Solution Specialists. You will play a crucial role in the delivery and sustainment of the Ford/MSX International Mobile Service Program, aimed at enhancing dealership performance and driving growth.

In Short

• Be the primary contact for Mobile Service related inquiries for assigned dealers.
• Train technicians on Mobile Service vehicle features.
• Facilitate planning sessions with dealers to create business plans.
• Ensure timely launch of service vans upon arrival.
• Conduct launch events and train Mobile Service Technicians.
• Plan onsite meetings focused on business development.
• Develop action plans to exceed program goals.
• Share best practices with dealers.
• Monitor dealership personnel for excellent customer experiences.
• Create visit summaries and action plans for stakeholders.

Requirements

• High School diploma or equivalent experience.
• Willingness to travel daily for work (85% travel required).
• Ability to engage with various audiences.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• OEM dealer contact experience is a plus.
• Experience managing assigned territories.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Ability to analyze data and establish action plans.
• Physical capability to lift up to 40lbs and climb in and out of service vans.
• Ability to implement effective metrics for dealership growth.
