Overview

The Mobile Service Solutions Specialist will enhance dealership performance and support the Ford/MSX International Mobile Service Program through training and operational expertise.

In Short

  • Act as the subject matter expert for Mobile Service for assigned dealers.
  • Train technicians on Mobile Service vehicle features.
  • Facilitate strategic planning sessions to create business plans.
  • Ensure timely launch of Mobile Service vans.
  • Conduct launch events and training for Mobile Service Technicians.
  • Plan onsite sustainment meetings focused on business development.
  • Develop action plans to exceed program goals.
  • Share best practices and key success drivers with dealers.
  • Monitor and motivate dealership personnel for excellent customer experiences.
  • Create visit summaries and action plans for stakeholders.

Requirements

  • High School diploma or equivalent experience.
  • Willingness to travel daily for work (85% travel required).
  • Ability to adapt to different locations and engage various audiences.
  • Proficient in communication and relationship-building.
  • Experience with OEM dealers is a plus.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Ability to analyze dealer financials for action plans.
  • Physical ability to lift, carry, and access Mobile Service Vans.
  • Ability to implement effective metrics for dealership growth.
