Warranty Call Center Agent - Remote

Overview

The Warranty Call Center Agent is responsible for managing and improving the quality of campaign claims, providing support to dealers, and ensuring effective communication within the company.

In Short

• Research and correct campaign claim coding issues.
• Respond to incoming emails promptly.
• Identify gaps on returned campaign claims.
• Conduct follow-up calls with dealers.
• Notify Project Manager of actionable campaign claims.
• Process internal audit department chargebacks.
• Update campaign reports regularly.
• Attend weekly campaign meetings.
• Research and update system information as needed.
• Debit or debit/credit campaign claims as necessary.

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of experience with Microsoft Office.
• Minimum 1 year of experience with IBM AS/400 is desired.
• 1 year of experience performing general office duties is desired.
• 1 year of experience in an automotive-related field is desired.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Excellent problem-solving skills.
• Ability to apply deductive and inductive reasoning.
