Eagle Home Health is seeking a driven and customer-oriented Office/Remote Call Center Agent to join our team. As a Call Center Agent, you will be the first point of contact for our clients and their families, providing excellent customer service and support. Your role will be crucial in helping us maintain a high level of satisfaction for our clients and promoting our services as a premier home health care provider.

• Answer incoming calls from clients and their families.

Requirements

• Ability to multitask and handle high call volumes.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and client databases.
• Experience in home health care preferred.
• Familiarity with HIPAA regulations.
• Strong problem-solving and time-management skills.
