In Short

  • Manage and maintain schedules, appointments, and calendars for the management team
  • Prepare and distribute correspondence, memos, and reports
  • Handle incoming calls, emails, and other inquiries in a professional and timely manner
  • Organize and schedule meetings, conferences, and special events
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, including client information and employee data
  • Process payroll and manage employee benefits
  • Assist with recruitment and onboarding for new hires
  • Update and maintain office policies and procedures
  • Perform general administrative duties, such as data entry, filing, and ordering office supplies
  • Collaborate with other team members to complete special projects as assigned

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent, Bachelor's Degree preferred
  • Previous experience in an administrative role is preferred, but not required
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other computer applications
  • Exceptional organizational and time-management skills
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to multitask and adapt to changing priorities
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
  • Previous experience in the healthcare industry is a plus
