Call Center Agent - Remote

Overview

We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Call Center Agent to join our team. This role can be performed either in our office or remotely. The Call Center Agent will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls, providing excellent customer service, and resolving customer inquiries and issues in a professional manner.

Requirements
