Overview

As a Call Center Agent at Signpost, you will be the first point of contact for our clients' customers, ensuring every call is handled with professionalism and care.

In Short

Handle a high volume of incoming calls (180+) with a positive demeanor.
Accurately record and document caller information.
Manage time effectively to provide satisfactory resolutions.
Work closely with team members for process improvements.
Follow established scripts for consistent communication.
Meet weekly KPIs.
Participate in initial training for the first 2 weeks.
Available for multiple shift options.
Remote working environment with company-provided equipment.
Competitive wages starting at $17.00/hour.

Requirements

Effective communication skills; call center experience preferred.
Enthusiasm for working in a dynamic environment.
Good judgment and customer advocacy skills.
Reliability and dedication to team contributions.
Comfortable with technology, preferably Google Suite.
Ability to type 40 WPM.
