In Short

Be the first point of contact for clients’ customers.
Handle a high volume of incoming calls (180+) with professionalism.
Accurately record and document caller information.
Manage time effectively to balance call volume and customer satisfaction.
Collaborate with team members for process improvements.
Follow scripts and guidelines for consistent communication.
Meet weekly KPIs.

Requirements

Clear communication; call center experience is a plus.
Enthusiastic about being part of a dynamic team.
Good judgment and customer advocacy.
Reliable and dedicated team player.
Comfort with technology, preferably Google Suite.
Ability to type 40 WPM.
