Requirements

• 3-5 years’ experience in corporate learning programs.
• Expertise in adult learning theory and curriculum development.
• Experience with LMS implementation and optimization.
• Proficient with authoring tools like Articulate Storyline.
• Excellent facilitation and presentation skills.
• Strong project management skills.
• Experience analyzing learning data.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to adapt to new technologies.
