Overview

The MB Parts Remote Coach will provide comprehensive support for the sale of MBUSA wholesale mechanical parts to the aftermarket, focusing on driving sales growth through MBUSA dealerships and building relationships with aftermarket installers and commercial accounts.

• Provide field support for MBUSA wholesale mechanical parts sales.

• Review program status with management.

Requirements

• Minimum of ten years’ experience in automotive aftermarket.
• Experience in Mercedes Benz wholesale parts sales preferred.
• Prior dealership training and coaching experience preferred.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Proficient with PC and Microsoft Office applications.
• Self-starter with the ability to work under minimal supervision.
• Ability to perform GAP analysis and develop action plans.
• Experience in wholesale parts business planning and marketing preferred.
• Physical capability to perform assigned tasks, including lifting.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
