Overview

The Parts Remote Coach will provide comprehensive field support for the sale of MBUSA wholesale mechanical parts to the aftermarket, assisting dealerships and building relationships with various stakeholders.

• Provide field support for MBUSA wholesale mechanical parts.
• Assist MBUSA dealerships in driving sales growth.

• Maintain compliance with MBUSA Wholesale PARTS Excellence requirements.

Requirements

• 10 years’ experience in the automotive aftermarket.
• Experience in Mercedes Benz wholesale parts sales preferred.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Dealer Management Systems.
• Ability to work under minimal supervision.
• Experience in training, coaching, and consulting.
• Ability to perform GAP analysis and develop action plans.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Familiarity with automotive operations.
• Basic understanding of automobile repair and technology.
