Insurance Agent - Remote

Overview

We are seeking an Insurance Agent to assist in processing and escalating insurance claims for an emerging automotive company, leveraging our expertise in the automotive industry.

In Short

• Collect information from workshops and customers.
• Assess insurance claims and verify the accuracy of damage details.
• Manage and review invoices and approve relevant payments.
• Investigate circumstances of claims and gather evidence to identify potential misrepresentations.
• Communicate with insurance companies and negotiate with workshops.
• Maintain thorough documentation of all processes.
• Continuously educate on industry regulations, company policies, and best practices.
• Full-time position with flexible working hours and home office options.
• Position is for one year with a possibility of extension.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience in automotive insurance and/or managing workshop insurance cases.
• Experience and understanding of technical repairs (EV knowledge a plus).
• Good understanding of MOD, MTPL, and the claims process.
• Experience with automotive damages, insurance escalations, and edge cases.
• Conflict management and proven success in negotiations.
• Fluent in German (C2 level) and English.
• Class B driver's license.
