Overview

The Warranty Call Center Agent will support automotive brands by addressing campaign claim issues, responding to inquiries, and ensuring quality in claims processing.

In Short

  • Research and correct campaign claim coding issues.
  • Respond to incoming emails promptly.
  • Identify gaps in returned campaign claims.
  • Conduct follow-up calls with dealers.
  • Notify Project Manager of actionable items.
  • Process internal audit chargebacks.
  • Update campaign reports regularly.
  • Attend weekly campaign meetings.
  • Research and respond to internal inquiries.
  • Maintain documentation compliance for claims.

Requirements

  • Minimum 1 year experience with Microsoft Office.
  • 1 year experience with IBM AS/400 is desired.
  • Experience in general office duties.
  • Experience in an automotive-related field is preferred.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to apply deductive and inductive reasoning.
