Overview

MSX International is seeking an Automotive Recruiter to support the recruitment of apprentice technicians for Volvo dealerships, focusing on building relationships with educational institutions and local dealerships.

In Short

• Act as an advocate for Volvo Car USA and their dealerships.
• Strategize with dealers on technician pipelines.
• Work with accredited automotive programs to recruit technicians.
• Promote the Volvo LMS and enroll apprentice technicians.
• Identify and establish relationships with career centers.
• Market Volvo Recruitment initiatives.
• Support recruiting presentations and events.
• Assist in placement of Military and Vo-tech graduates.
• Develop relationships with dealership personnel for recruiting.
• Assist with technician job postings.

Requirements

• Recruiting or job placement experience preferred.
• Automotive dealership experience preferred.
• Technician experience preferred.
• Self-starter with flexibility.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Organizational and documentation skills.
• Proficient in workplace software (MS Office).
• Ability to develop presentations for management.
• Social media savvy.
• Public speaking proficiency.
