Overview

As a Customer Service Representative at MSX International, you will utilize your strong communication skills and proactive attitude to provide exceptional service to clients and dealerships.

In Short

  • Attend calls and respond to emails from clients and dealerships.
  • Follow up with customers until their inquiries are fully resolved.
  • Make reminder calls and follow up on incidents to achieve maximum satisfaction.
  • Update databases, draft reports, and create summaries.
  • Work in a hybrid position with a mix of on-site and telecommuting.
  • Join a team of over 170 professionals in the automotive consultancy sector.
  • Receive a permanent position with an indefinite contract.

Requirements

  • C2-level proficiency in English.
  • Preferably available full-time.
  • Previous customer service experience is highly desirable.
  • Willingness to work on-site for the first 4-6 months for training.
