Requirements

  • High School Graduate or GED.
  • 0-2 years of related experience.
  • 6+ months of contact center or customer service experience.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently with general supervision.
  • Sound decision-making and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work overtime as required.
  • Must have a dedicated workspace and high-speed internet.
  • Must attend training on camera for the first 30 days.
  • Ability to handle a high volume of calls.
