Overview

As a Customer Service Representative at U-Haul, you will be the face of the company, assisting customers with their needs and ensuring exceptional service while working in a supportive team environment.

In Short

• Assist customers inside and outside a U-Haul center.
• Use smartphone-based U-Scan technology to manage rentals.
• Move and hook up U-Haul trucks and trailers.
• Inspect and clean equipment on the lot.

Requirements

• Valid driver’s license with a good driving record.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to work in a team environment.
• Willingness to learn and participate in training.
• Physical capability to handle equipment weighing at least 50 lbs.
