Overview

As a Customer Service Representative at APX Finance, you will handle inquiries and provide support in a fully remote environment, assisting customers with information and resolving issues related to crypto derivatives.

• Handle inbound inquiries and outbound communication via chats, emails, and calls.

• 1 year of customer service experience in a crypto firm is required.
• Must be comfortable with shift hours.
• Excellent communication skills in English and Mandarin are essential.
• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
• Knowledge or interest in blockchain or digital assets is a plus.
