The Marketing Manager for Europe will lead regional marketing efforts to grow awareness, adoption, and trading volume across key European markets.

• Develop and execute Europe-specific marketing strategies aligned with global DEX growth goals.
• Identify country-level opportunities for user growth and brand positioning.
• Plan and localize global campaigns for the European audience.
• Collaborate with Product, Ops, and BI teams to measure ROI and user conversion performance.
• Build and manage relationships with regional influencers and trading communities.
• Drive community activation and education through AMAs and meetups.
• Oversee translation and tone alignment for all marketing materials.
• Support participation in regional crypto events and conferences.
• Monitor KPIs such as user acquisition and trading volume from Europe.
• Provide actionable insights and reports to the global marketing leadership team.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in marketing within crypto, fintech, or trading-related industries.
• Strong understanding of DeFi ecosystems and DEX operations.
• Proven success in executing regional or multi-market campaigns.
• Existing network of European crypto influencers is a strong advantage.
• Excellent communication skills in English; additional European languages are a plus.
• Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze campaign metrics.
