Requirements

• 7+ years of work experience in performance marketing.
• 3+ years dedicated to performance marketing for European markets.
• Experience managing large-scale campaigns.
• Strong command of key metrics and data analysis.
• Ability to create resonant creative across diverse cultures.
• Comfortable working cross-functionally.
• Familiarity with consumer behavior in multiple European regions.
• Willingness to manage campaign execution directly.
• Ability to adapt strategies to different cultural contexts.
• Strong analytical and creative mindset.
