Overview

The Program Manager will lead a team to support technical training delivery for a premium automotive OEM client, overseeing various activities related to apprentice technician training and recruitment.

Requirements

  • 5-7 years of experience in project management.
  • Strong organizational skills and multitasking ability.
  • Experience coaching and mentoring personnel.
  • Proficient in MS Office applications.
  • Exceptional communication skills with attention to detail.
  • Proven client relationship management skills.
  • Understanding of the retail technician landscape.
  • Automotive technician experience is a plus.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience preferred.
  • Fluency in English required.
