  • Proactively monitor Datadog dashboards for performance issues.
  • Manage critical incidents and ensure timely resolution.
  • Develop automation scripts for recurring issues.
  • Maintain comprehensive technical documentation.

Requirements

  • 2-3 years of experience in a Backline Support Engineer role.
  • Strong ability to collaborate with Product and Engineering teams.
  • Expertise in root cause analysis and long-term solutions.
  • In-depth knowledge of RESTful APIs and debugging.
  • Intermediate proficiency in a programming language (Python, JavaScript, etc.).
  • Advanced log and trace analysis skills.
  • Experience managing critical incidents.
  • Proficiency in SQL for database querying.
  • Knowledge of OAuth 2.0 authentication flows.
  • Familiarity with cloud services like AWS.
