In Short

  • Support day-to-day commissions administration process including global monthly commission payout, manual adjustments, and exceptions.
  • Provide timely resolution for commission-related inquiries from plan participants.
  • Validate data and quantify impact through data analysis.
  • Participate in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for system updates.
  • Track and report on the status of plan acceptance.
  • Own process of end-to-end organization alignment.
  • Offer cross-functional support to business partners.
  • Work with business partners and auditors on ad hoc requests and compliance audits.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in compensation administration.
  • Strong communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to learn about tools and systems.
  • Willingness to adapt to rapid business changes.
  • Highly detail-oriented with emphasis on accuracy.
  • Advanced Excel / Google Sheet skills.
  • ICM Experience (i.e., Xactly, Callidus, Varicent, Anaplan) is a strong plus.
