In Short

• Oversee the systems and tools powering the Global Post-Sales Organization.
• Drive a state-of-the-art agent experience rooted in Salesforce.
• Design processes and automation for efficient tool configuration.
• Participate in the evaluation and selection of technology tools.
• Manage incoming tools/system access and configuration requests.
• Triage day-to-day issues for internal and external tools.
• Partner with IT and engineering to implement and troubleshoot processes.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in a technology operations role.
• Deep understanding of Salesforce and its ecosystem.
• Strong project management and process improvement skills.
• Ability to juggle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication skills to drive results.
• Proven experience in implementing systems for customer support.
• Preferred Certified Salesforce Administrator/Consultant.
