The Risk & Control Manager will support the Customer Operations space at Monzo, ensuring compliance with regulations and fostering a risk-aware culture.

• Excited about scaling Monzo in a compliant way.
• Resilient in a fast-paced environment.
• Able to represent Monzo before auditors and regulators.
• Self-starter with prioritization skills.
