In Short

  • Manage operational execution of customer rollouts and ensure smooth launches.
  • Own the full launch process from kickoff to go-live.
  • Manage project plans and track dependencies.
  • Handle data inputs and advanced configurations in the Venn platform.
  • Assign and coordinate work across cross-functional teams.
  • Maintain and improve implementation tools and templates.
  • Conduct data hygiene reviews for accurate client information.
  • Identify and eliminate bottlenecks in the onboarding process.
  • Propose operational upgrades to improve speed-to-launch.
  • 3+ years in Customer Operations, Implementation, or Project Management.

Requirements

  • Proven ability to manage complex projects.
  • High attention to detail with timelines and client data.
  • Clear communication skills (written and verbal).
  • Experience configuring SaaS platforms.
  • A systems mindset for process improvement.
