Overview

This hybrid role combines Customer Operations (CS Ops) responsibilities with PMO support for the company’s strategic shift toward Customer Centricity (CBP). The CBP is an organization-wide transformation encompassing business, cultural, operational, organizational, and technological dimensions.

In Short

  • Develop, optimize, and maintain processes for Customer Success.
  • Define and track KPIs and success metrics across the customer lifecycle.
  • Support systems administration, data quality, and workflow improvements.
  • Collaborate with leadership to improve customer experience and retention.
  • Support planning and monitoring of CBP activities across functions.
  • Track progress of initiatives related to Customer Centricity.
  • Prepare updates and status reports for senior leadership.
  • Facilitate communication and alignment between teams.
  • Identify risks and needed adjustments during the transformation.

Requirements

  • Experience in Customer Success Operations, Business Operations, or Revenue Operations.
  • Project management experience in large-scale transformations.
  • Strong analytical and process design skills.
  • Excellent cross-functional collaboration and communication.
  • Ability to thrive in a dynamic, evolving environment.
