Requirements

• Experience in compliance monitoring or assurance within financial services.
• Self-motivated and highly organized.
• Strong knowledge of conduct risks and FCA Handbook.
• Ability to analyze large amounts of information.
• Experience in a Fintech or data-driven environment is a plus.
• In-depth knowledge of Risk and Compliance functions.
• Excellent stakeholder management skills.
• Recognize compliance as a competitive advantage.
