Overview

As Compliance Manager II – Assurance at Coastal, you will play a critical role in supporting the Compliance Assurance Director in maintaining a robust and effective compliance management system (CMS). You will develop, administer, and test the bank’s compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in Compliance.
• 3+ years of leadership experience.
• Advanced knowledge of compliance laws and regulations.
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
• Excellent organization and project management skills.
• Ability to operate independently and manage multiple tasks.
• Excellent attention to detail and communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 products.
• Certified Regulatory Compliance Manager (CRCM) preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred.
