In Short

  • Lead a Partner Sales team focused on co-selling and pipeline generation.
  • Develop a regional partner strategy aligning with AVP priorities.
  • Engage with senior stakeholders internally and externally.
  • Recruit and onboard new Partner Sales Specialists.
  • Own Partner team quota and manage forecasts.
  • Empower the team to build sales pipeline through various partners.
  • Drive collaboration with cross-functional teams.

Requirements

  • Experience in managing a successful sales or partner sales team.
  • 10+ years of quota-carrying experience in a competitive market.
  • Experience managing a partner sales team generating pipeline.
  • Ability to articulate the business value of complex technology.
  • Skilled in building business champions and managing sales processes.
  • Previous Sales Methodology training (e.g. MEDDIC, SPIN).
  • Experience in developing mechanisms to drive efficiencies.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Track record of overachievement in sales targets.
  • Strong desire to be successful and manage resources effectively.
  • High emotional intelligence and self-awareness.
  • BA/BS required.
