• Track and measure partner performance against key metrics.
• Collaborate closely with internal teams for successful engagements.
• Stay abreast of trends in the federal IT market.
• Represent TST at customer and industry events.

Requirements

• 10+ years of partner sales and business development experience.
• Experience with product license sales.
• Deep understanding of federal government procurement processes.
• Strong relationships with prime contractors and systems integrators.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to build and maintain strong relationships.
• Proactive and creative problem-solving skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
