Overview

Celero Commerce is seeking a Director of ISV Partner Sales to drive strategic partnerships with Independent Software Vendors (ISVs). This individual contributor role is ideal for a results-oriented professional with a strong background in business development, revenue growth, and technology partnerships. You’ll play a key role in identifying, cultivating, and managing ISV relationships to expand Celero’s market presence and drive mutual success.

  • Develop and execute a roadmap for ISV partnerships.
  • Cultivate relationships with ISV executives and sales teams.
  • Identify opportunities for revenue growth through ISV ecosystems.
  • Lead contract negotiations with ISV partners.
  • Ensure ISV partners are equipped with necessary resources.
  • Track KPIs and analyze partnership success.
  • Collaborate with product, marketing, and customer success teams.
  • Stay informed on industry trends and competitive dynamics.
  • 3+ years of experience in sales or partnership management.
  • Bilingual (English & Spanish) preferred.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in sales, business development, or partnership management.
  • Ability to create and execute strategic plans.
  • Strong relationship-building skills with senior stakeholders.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales goals.
  • Experience leading complex negotiations.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally.
  • Deep understanding of market trends relevant to ISV partnerships.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
