Partner Support Specialist - Remote

Overview

Celero Commerce is looking for a Partner Support Specialist to join our growing team and play a key role in supporting our valued Agent Bank Partners.

In Short

• Serve as the main support contact for Agent Bank Partners via phone, email, and support tickets.
• Manage support ticket assignments and partner phone queues.
• Work cross-functionally with internal Operations teams to resolve issues.
• Act as a liaison between bank partners and internal departments.
• Assist partners with questions related to product offerings and pricing.

Requirements

• 2-4+ years of professional experience in a client support or operations role.
• High School Diploma required; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Experience in the Merchant Acquiring industry is a big plus.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage competing priorities with attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel, Word, and Outlook.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, agile environment.
• A proactive mindset with strong interpersonal and leadership skills.
