Overview

The Senior Marketing Analytics and Operations Manager plays a crucial role within the broader Marketing Operations (MOps) team. This individual will take the lead on strategic initiatives designed to sustain and enhance the team's effectiveness within the Marketing department and beyond, while also managing day-to-day activities. The primary focus is to serve as a strategic, trusted partner to Marketing leaders in the Americas (North America and LATAM), delivering data-driven, actionable insights.

• Analyze extensive marketing data and omni-channel interactions
• Partner with regional Marketing leadership for Business Reviews
• Lead analytical deep dives for marketing performance improvement

Requirements

• 4-7 years of experience in marketing analytics or operations
• Strong analytical skills and fluency in relevant tools
• Excellent organizational, project management, and communication skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced tech environment
• Proven success in collaborating with stakeholders
