As the Senior Manager, Marketing Operations at SentinelOne, you will be the driving force behind the success of our marketing technology solutions and lead management processes.

In Short

• Lead and manage a team of marketing technology and lead management professionals.
• Serve as the primary manager of MarTech solutions.
• Assist with and manage the marketing technology roadmap.
• Define and maintain individual platform roadmaps for the tech stack.
• Optimize platform configurations for functionality and ROI.
• Analyze platform usage and campaign performance metrics.
• Develop and track KPIs.
• Establish and enforce best practices.
• Oversee and continuously improve lead management processes.
• Collaborate with sales, marketing, analytics, and CRM teams.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, IT, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
• 7+ years of experience in marketing technology and lead management processes.
• Strong understanding of marketing principles and campaign optimization strategies.
• Experience with Salesforce, Marketo, LeanData, and data enrichment tools.
• Familiarity with data privacy and compliance standards.
• Proficiency in analyzing platform usage and campaign performance metrics.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams.
• Strong communication skills.
• Experience designing and delivering training programs.
• Exceptional problem-solving skills.
