Overview

Modern Health is seeking an experienced leader to head our Revenue Operations function. As Director of Revenue Operations, you will serve as a strategic partner to our Sales, Marketing, Client Management, and Partnerships teams, driving operational excellence and predictability in our go-to-market (GTM) engine.

Requirements

  • 12–15+ years of experience in Revenue Operations or Sales Operations.
  • Proven builder mindset with a bias for action.
  • Deep understanding of the full revenue lifecycle in B2B models.
  • Strong analytics acumen and data-driven decision-making.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Bachelor’s degree required; MBA preferred.
  • Experience in healthtech or B2B tech-enabled services.
  • Empathetic and results-focused leadership style.
  • Proficient in GTM tools and Salesforce.
  • Problem-solving skills to translate ambiguity into actionable insights.
