Senior Director, Revenue Operations - Remote

Overview

Wrapbook is seeking a Senior Director of Revenue Operations to lead the operational backbone of our revenue engine, focusing on forecasting, pipeline health, operational scale, and cross-functional alignment.

In Short

• Lead GTM planning and annual target-setting.
• Drive operational cadence with forecast calls and performance dashboards.
• Own the end-to-end forecasting process across various segments.
• Manage Wrapbook’s Salesforce environment and tech stack.
• Build scalable cross-functional processes and playbooks.
• Ensure operational teams are supported within our tech stack.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Product, Finance, and Customer Success.
• Lead a RevOps team and act as a strategic thought partner.
• Evaluate emerging AI technologies for operational efficiency.
• Drive alignment across a distributed, cross-functional team environment.

Requirements

• 10+ years in Revenue Operations or Business Operations.
• 5+ years of leadership experience managing RevOps teams.
• Experience supporting multiple GTM motions.
• Deep expertise in forecasting and pipeline management.
• Mastery of Salesforce and modern GTM tech stack.
• Strong business acumen and executive presence.
• Proven ability to scale processes during growth.
• Deep understanding of Account-Based Marketing strategy.
