Requirements

  • Proven track record in managing and scaling diverse teams.
  • Experience in sales/business operations in a high-growth SaaS/PaaS environment.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in SaaS sales metrics.
  • Hands-on experience with revenue systems like Salesforce and Clari.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to motivate and performance manage teams.
