In Short

  • Develop and implement strategies to enhance revenue growth, sales effectiveness, and customer success.
  • Optimize sales processes, CRM usage, and pipeline management to drive efficiency and predictability.
  • Own commercial booking forecast and communication to Executive Leadership.
  • Develop and refine commission structures that align with company objectives.
  • Establish KPIs, analyze sales performance metrics, and provide actionable insights.
  • Partner with marketing, finance, and product teams to align commercial goals.
  • Build and mentor a high-performing commercial operations team.
  • Foster a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
  • Drive strategic initiatives and enhance go-to-market execution.
  • Ensure accurate, efficient commissions processing and field communications.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field (MBA preferred).
  • 10+ years of experience in commercial operations, sales operations, or revenue management.
  • 5+ years of managerial experience.
  • Strong background in sales processes, CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce), and business intelligence tools.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Experience working in fast-paced, high-growth environments.
