Senior Director, Revenue Operations - Remote

This role will be instrumental in optimizing sales and marketing processes, driving efficiency, and providing insights to accelerate revenue growth.

In Short

• Develop and execute a comprehensive revenue operations strategy.
• Own the administration and optimization of the revenue operations technology stack.
• Manage systems like Salesforce, Clari, and Marketo.
• Oversee quoting system management and ensure compliance.
• Lead the Deal Desk function for strategic deal guidance.
• Identify and implement process improvements across the revenue funnel.
• Develop KPIs and dashboards for sales performance insights.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Customer Success leaders.
• Potentially build and lead a Revenue Operations team.
• Explore and implement AI solutions for enhanced productivity.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or related field; MBA preferred.
• 12+ years of experience in Revenue Operations or related fields.
• Expertise in Salesforce administration is essential.
• Hands-on experience with Clari, 6Sense, SalesLoft, ZoomInfo, and Marketo.
• Strong experience with quoting systems (CPQ experience preferred).
• Exceptional analytical skills for actionable insights.
• Proficiency in data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) is a plus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong project management skills in a dynamic environment.
• Proactive self-starter with a continuous improvement mindset.
