Overview

The Director, Aftersales Service will play an instrumental role in the Company’s operations strategy, developing strategic plans related to customer experience, service retention, and warranty management.

Requirements

• 12+ years of automotive experience, including field roles.
• Experience managing teams and KPIs.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent; engineering background preferred.
• Strong knowledge of vehicle manufacturing and compliance.
• Valid driver’s license and good driving record.
