Overview

As a Solutions Engineer, you’re a critical link between the Go-To-Market and the Product/Engineering sides of Miro, supporting large Latin American companies and helping shape how customers use Miro.

In Short

  • Act as a technical product advisor to enterprise customers.
  • Collaborate with Sales to identify technical requirements and pain points.
  • Architect and demonstrate product solutions showcasing business value.
  • Communicate customer needs to product management and engineering teams.
  • Serve as a product expert in integrations, APIs, and application security.
  • Lead Proof of Concepts for customer validation.

Requirements

  • 6+ years in a technical or customer-facing role.
  • 3+ years in pre-sales solutions engineering or consulting.
  • Familiarity with REST APIs/Web SDK.
  • Strong value selling background.
  • Excellent communication skills in English, Portuguese, and Spanish.
  • Proficiency in conveying technical knowledge to stakeholders.
  • Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to learn fast and adapt to evolving products.
  • Knowledge of SaaS enterprise collaboration tools is a plus.
  • Experience with identity providers and enterprise security solutions is advantageous.
