Innovation Architect - Remote

Overview

The Innovation Architect will work within Miro’s Advisory Services team to provide strategic guidance to Enterprise plan customers, focusing on human-centered change and workflow transformation.

• Support teams in adopting Miro by demonstrating best practices.
• Partner with IT and business stakeholders to align Miro’s value with their goals.
• Conduct assessments and provide recommendations to improve collaboration.
• Help design and implement change initiatives for successful adoption.
• Facilitate workshops to explore use cases and improve collaboration.
• Develop prototypes to showcase Miro’s capabilities.
• Recommend ways to streamline tool usage and enhance collaboration strategies.
• Provide guidance on Agile methodologies.
• Share best practices and coach teams on improving workflows.

Requirements

• Fluent in English and Portuguese; Spanish proficiency is a plus.
• 3–5 years of experience in consulting or change management.
• Hands-on experience with enterprise teams.
• Strong facilitation skills for engaging workshops.
• Proven ability to improve collaboration practices.
• Familiarity with Human-Centered Design and governance frameworks.
• Experience with Agile methodologies and collaboration tools like Miro.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Adaptable and proactive in dynamic environments.
